Division Controller Waukesha, Wisconsin | Onsite A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Division Controller to serve as a key member of its plant leadership team. This is more than a traditional accounting role, you'll help shape business strategy by partnering with operations to improve profitability, optimize performance, and drive financial results across a high-volume manufacturing facility. Partner directly with plant leadership to improve profitability and operational performance. Lead strategic initiatives that enhance reporting, processes, and cost efficiency. What You'll Do Lead all accounting and financial operations for the division. Oversee financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and annual audits. Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and variances to uncover opportunities for improvement. Partner with operations to deliver financial insights that support business decisions. Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies. Drive process improvements that strengthen financial performance and operational efficiency. Coach and develop the accounting team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. 10+ years of manufacturing finance or accounting experience. 5+ years of accounting or finance leadership experience. Strong background in cost accounting, standard costing, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience. Preferred CPA or CMA.
