Option Insurance Solutions Agency, Inc., an established and growing independent Property & Casualty insurance agency, is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Insurance Assistant to join our team. This position will work directly with the agency's President and principal agent, providing essential administrative and technical support in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, knowledgeable in commercial insurance operations, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare, complete, and process ACORD applications, certificates of insurance (COIs), and other insurance documents. Assist with commercial policy renewals, new business submissions, endorsements, and policy servicing. Communicate with insurance carriers, underwriters, clients, and premium finance companies. Review insurance quotes, binders, policies, and endorsements for accuracy. Maintain accurate and organized client records within the agency management system. Track renewals, pending submissions, underwriting requirements, and outstanding documentation. Follow up on inspections, carrier recommendations, and policy-related requests. Assist with premium financing documentation and invoicing. Provide direct administrative and operational support to the principal agent. Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and maintain exceptional customer service standards. Qualifications & Requirements Prior experience in a commercial Property & Casualty insurance agency strongly preferred. Working knowledge of commercial insurance coverages, including Commercial Property, General Liability, Umbrella, Workers' Compensation, and Commercial Auto. Experience servicing condominium associations (HOAs/COAs) and commercial property accounts is a significant plus. Proficiency in completing ACORD applications and issuing certificates of insurance. Familiarity with EZLynx or similar agency management software preferred. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Florida 4-40 or 2-20 insurance license is a plus.

Compensation:

Competitive and commensurate with experience.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday.
