$21.00-$26.80/hr Job Overview We are seeking an Assistant Surety Underwriting professional to provide administrative and underwriting support for a national surety organization. This role will work closely with agents, clients, underwriters, and internal teams to process transactions, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and underwriting support to agents, clients, and underwriters. Process new bonds, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and related transactions. Enter bond information, rates, codes, and supporting documentation into internal systems. Review documents for accuracy and completeness. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 1+ year of experience supporting complex transactions; 3+ years preferred. Experience in Surety, Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, underwriting support, or insurance operations is highly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Point, and Teams. Must be comfortable working onsite 3 days per week in Indianapolis, IN.
