Greet and assist clients in-person, over the phone, and via email in a professional manner Support insurance agents with daily administrative tasks and office operations Manage scheduling, appointments, and maintain accurate client records Process insurance documents, forms, and policy-related paperwork Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and data entry Assist with customer service inquiries, claims support, and policy questions Maintain an organized and efficient office environment

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability Positive, professional demeanor with a team-oriented attitude Insurance industry knowledge or willingness to obtain licensure is a bonus
