Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Acupuncturist to join our dynamic healthcare team of licensed massage therapists specializing in pain management. In this role, you will provide expert acupuncture treatments aimed at alleviating pain, improving overall wellness, and supporting patient recovery for military veterans and private pay clients. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews, to develop effective treatment plans. Administer acupuncture treatments using sterile techniques, ensuring patient safety and comfort during each session. Utilize trigger point therapy and herbal medicine techniques to address acute pain management and chronic conditions. Educate patients on treatment options, self-care strategies, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term wellness. Collaborate closely with licensed massage therapists to coordinate comprehensive care plans. Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) using Clinic Sense CRM, documenting all treatments and patient progress thoroughly. Qualifications Valid licensure as a Licensed Acupuncturist in accordance with state or national certification requirements. Proven experience in pain management, acute pain management techniques, and trigger point therapy. Contracted/credentialed with TriWest Healthcare Alliance VA CCN, Whole Health Living/Tivity Health preffered. Strong communication skills required. Ability to see 2 patients simultaneously. Active liabilty and medical malpractice insurance.

Pay:

$42.68 - $51.40 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 30.0 per week
