This space is well suited for an independent professional who needs an affordable office for one-on-one consultations, client education, and follow-up appointments. $350 per month includes:- Furnished office with desk and client seating
- Utilities and internet access
- Receptionist assistance with greeting patients and directing them to the waiting room during staffed hours
- Shared waiting room and restroom
- Convenient parking
- Professional office setting Phone service is not included.
Office-sharing arrangement:
The office is shared with the existing practitioner and used at separate, agreed-upon times. You will have private use of the room during your scheduled appointments. Available days and hours will be discussed before an agreement is finalized.Best suited for:
