This position focuses on Endospheres Therapy, a non-invasive body treatment designed to support lymphatic drainage, improve skin appearance, reduce the appearance of cellulite, and support body contouring and recovery. Previous Endospheres experience is not required. We provide professional hands-on training and clear treatment, consultation, and client-care protocols. We are looking for someone who is warm, reliable, professional, and confident working directly with clients. Strong communication and consultation skills are very important for this role.

Responsibilities:

⁠ ⁠Perform Endospheres body treatments according to company protocols ⁠ ⁠Conduct client consultations and discuss individual goals and concerns ⁠ ⁠Explain treatments clearly and professionally ⁠ ⁠Educate clients on recommended treatment frequency and course planning ⁠ ⁠Recommend treatment packages when appropriate ⁠ ⁠Build strong client relationships and support client retention ⁠ ⁠Follow treatment, sanitation, and safety protocols ⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate client notes ⁠ ⁠Keep the treatment room clean, organized, and ready for appointments ⁠ ⁠Work collaboratively with the Upgrade Bodytherapy team

Ideal Candidate:

⁠ ⁠Strong communication and customer service skills ⁠ ⁠Comfortable consulting with clients and discussing treatment plans ⁠ ⁠Professional, warm, confident, and reliable ⁠ ⁠Comfortable recommending packages and ongoing treatment plans ⁠ ⁠Sales experience is a plus ⁠Experience in wellness, spa, body treatments, fitness, beauty, or aesthetics is preferred but not required ⁠ ⁠Fluent English required ⁠ ⁠Able to work independently and follow established protocols ⁠ ⁠Available for several part-time shifts per week, including some evenings and weekends ⁠ ⁠Interested in long-term growth with the company
