Part-Time (Flexible Hours, Weekdays & Weekends) About Us SORÉ Wellness | LA Tan is transforming the tanning experience into a complete wellness destination. We're redefining self-care with cutting-edge services like Advanced Red Light Therapy, Complexion Skincare Treatments, Emerald Laser Body Contouring, NAD+ Injections, Infrared Salt Sauna, and Cryotherapy. We're seeking motivated, wellness-minded sales professionals to join our growing team as Part-Time Wellness Consultants. About the Role This is a high-traffic, client-facing position ideal for individuals who thrive in a sales-driven environment. You'll be the face of our brand—helping clients look and feel their best while meeting and exceeding personal and team sales goals.
Responsibilities:
Engage and consult clients on our premium wellness and tanning services Drive sales of memberships, treatment packages, and retail products Maintain a deep knowledge of our service menu and wellness technologies Deliver an elevated client experience through education and personalized recommendations Maintain salon presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with all safety standards Perform front desk duties including check-in/out and cash handling Contribute to a positive, energetic, and professional team culture
Requirements:
Proven sales experience (wellness, beauty, spa, fitness, or retail preferred) Strong customer service and communication skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Reliable transportation and flexible schedule (including nights/weekends) Passion for health, beauty, and wellness Must be 18 years or older
