What We're Looking For Licensed Acupuncturist (Wisconsin license or eligible) Passion for fertility, women's health, pregnancy support, and reproductive wellness Strong knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis and treatment with herbs Experience treating fertility patients preferred (or a strong desire to specialize in fertility) Ability to confidently educate patients and communicate individualized treatment plans Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Positive, team-oriented mindset Passion for continued education and professional growth Comfortable collaborating with massage therapists, functional wellness practitioners, and other healthcare providers Availability for 1-2 evening shifts Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week of patient availability Desire to become a leader and help grow our fertility specility Must be comfortable treating other conditions such as pain Leadership Responsibilities As our Lead Fertility Acupuncturist, you will play an important role in expanding our fertility services by helping to: Grow and develop our fertility program Mentor future fertility-focused acupuncturists Assist with fertility related content, community education, and outreach Collaborate on clinical protocols and patient education Help improve patient outcomes and retention Support ongoing innovation within our fertility offerings What Makes Isthmus Wellness Different Your success matters, and we actively invest in helping you build a thriving practice.
