Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCP, LMHC) - Join a Leading Multispecialty Group in Bristol, Connecticut! As a Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCP, LMHC) , you will be part of a dynamic team of over 600 licensed professionals dedicated to providing high-quality behavioral health services to older adults in long-term care and rehabilitation centers. About the
Role:
As a Licensed Therapist, you will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions to patients, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans. You will also participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care for our patients. Your expertise and compassion will be crucial in helping patients achieve their individual therapeutic goals and improve their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions and progress Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes
