Chichester School District is looking for a Part-Time Athletic Trainer to join our Chichester Middle School team!

State Police Clearance (Act 34)
complete online and print your results immediately
Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
complete online and request your results to be sent electronically
FBI Fingerprints (Act 114)
register & pay online, then go to the fingerprint location of your choice to be printed
School Health Record
includes physical (less than one year old) & tb test from less than 90 days old
Act 24 (PDE Form 6004)
Arrest/Conviction Report
PA Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release
A separate form must be completed for: Current employer; and all former employers that were school entities; AND all former employers where you were in a position that involved direct contact with children.
Proof of Pennsylvania Athletic Trainer License
Proof of BOC Certification
Current CPR/AED Certification
Essential Duties
Provide injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and emergency care services.
Attend assigned practices and athletic contests.
Manage concussion protocols and return-to-play procedures.
Maintain medical documentation and communication with parents, coaches, physicians, and administration.
Minimum Qualifications
Current Pennsylvania Athletic Trainer License issued by the PA State Board of Medicine (Required)
Current BOC Certification in good standing
Bachelor degree from a CAATE-accredited Athletic Training Program
Knowledge of PIAA regulations
Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certification
