Qualifications:

Masters or doctoral degree (Au.

D. or Ph.D.) in Audiology Active Texas Audiologist Licensure Experience providing audiological care in pediatric or school settings preferred Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Strong communication skills with students, families, and school staff Flexibility and adaptability in a school-based environment

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and screenings for students as needed Interpret audiological results, recommend interventions, and develop individualized care plans Provide direct, 1:1 audiology services to support optimal hearing and learning outcomes Collaborate with educational teams, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure student success Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and federal regulations Support the development and implementation of hearing conservation and awareness programs school-wide
