Qualifications:

Masters or doctoral degree (Au.

D. or Ph.D.) in Audiology from an accredited program. Current Texas Licensure to practice as an Audiologist. Experience working with children in a clinical, educational, or 1:1 pediatric setting preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with team members, parents, and educators. Commitment to providing thorough assessments and customized support plans for students.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations for students and develop individualized treatment strategies. Work closely with teachers, school staff, and families to cultivate supportive learning environments and address hearing-related challenges. Manage fitting, programming, and routine maintenance of hearing devices as needed. Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines. Serve as a resource and advocate for students auditory health throughout the school year.
