Key Qualifications:

Master's degree or doctoral degree (Au.

D. or Ph.D.) in Audiology Active Texas licensure as an Audiologist Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in 1:1 settings Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school staff Ability to adapt and respond flexibly within a long-term, school-based assignment

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments for students, including those needing individualized care Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each student Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students educational goals and ensure optimal auditory access Provide regular progress reports and recommendations to staff and families Offer consultation and in-service training to educators and support staff on hearing health and assistive technology Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
