Qualifications and Experience:

Masters or Doctoral degree (Au.

D. or Ph.D.) in Audiology Current Texas Licensure as an Audiologist Previous experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in a school or educational setting Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, educators, and families Comfort with onsite, direct service provision and individualized support

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments and screenings for students Implement individualized intervention plans for students with hearing impairments Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success Maintain clear documentation of testing, progress reports, and service delivery Train school staff in basic hearing technology and classroom accommodations Provide direct 1:1 support and consultation for assigned students as needed
