Job Description

Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Afternoons (Monday-Friday) Join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism! We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in our fun, clinic-based environment. This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking consistent afternoon hours, a supportive team, and the chance to help children develop communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills.
Schedule:
Part-Time Monday-Friday Afternoon hours (approximately 12:30 PM-5:00
PM Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. Implement individualized treatment plans. Collect accurate session data and complete documentation. Build positive, therapeutic relationships with clients and families. Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow team members. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging therapy environment.
Qualifications:
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required). High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required). Ability to engage actively with children throughout therapy sessions. Strong communication and organizational skills. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Ability to pass required background screenings.
