Daily review of data collection and reporting including: competency checklists, completing direct and indirect assessments to determine appropriate skill acquisition and goals, completes reports and graphs as assigned, and collaborates with Instructional Supports Specialist and Coordinator of Instructional Supports for ongoing monitoring. Ensuring all materials required for the behavioral programs are available for staff and facilitating interdepartmental communication to ensure behavioral programs can be properly implemented. Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in preferred fields of Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related human services fields; experience with behavior analysis preferred; experience with supervision of staff preferred; experience in human services preferred; good driving record preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal standards
