Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required Experience working in a school-based or educational environment is highly valued Strong understanding of evidence-based behavioral interventions Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior support plans
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and create data-driven intervention strategies Work with educators and families to implement and monitor behavior plans Provide training and ongoing support to paraprofessionals and school staff Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and ethical guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral insights for student success Adjust services as needed based on student progress and team feedback Enjoy the advantages of a role that adapts to your availability, allowing for either full-time or part-time hours based on your preference and the schools needs.
