Qualifications and Experience:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings helpful, but not mandatory Strong communication skills to collaborate with school staff, families, and students Flexibility, adaptability, and a patient, supportive approach Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries
Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of supervising staff Collect and record data on student progress Support students through positive reinforcement, teaching appropriate skills Collaborate with teachers and directors to refine strategies Attend meetings as required and participate in team discussions Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a caring attitude with all students
