medical, dental, and vision insurance BCBA mentorship and support — regular supervision and 1:1 guidance to grow your ABA career Career growth toward BCBA and leadership roles within a supportive team Flexible scheduling — after-school, evening, and weekend options that fit your life Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance What You'll Do Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children and clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental needs Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIP) and skill acquisition programs under the supervision of a BCBA Collect and record data to measure client progress and treatment outcomes Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA techniques to build communication, social, and daily-living skills Support behavior reduction goals and assist in developing behavior support plans Maintain clear, effective communication with families, supervisors, and the treatment team Who We're Looking For Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required) High school diploma or equivalent (minimum) Passionate, reliable individuals who enjoy working with children and families Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow instruction, work independently, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to client confidentiality Reliable transportation for in-home, school, and community sessions Willingness to pass a background check Schedule After school Evening shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
