$55-$60/hour We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a Tucson-area school district. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to provide meaningful behavioral support while collaborating with school teams to improve student outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral assessments Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans Provide direct behavioral support for students with significant behavioral needs Support students through 1:1 services or across multiple school sites, depending on district needs Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success Provide guidance and recommendations related to behavior strategies and interventions

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification Experience working with students with severe behaviors and complex support needs Strong knowledge of ABA principles, FBAs, and behavior intervention planning School-based experience preferred
