This position is for full-time and part time employment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide direct 1:1 and group therapy services under the direction of the Clinical Director Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the Clinical Director and registered behavior technicians provide support in home to maintain a current knowledge of all current research in Applied Behavior Analysis (RBA)Maintain a current knowledge of all current treatment protocols for children with autism and other developmental disabilitiesComplete all required documentation in a timely manner in accordance with requirements by contract with client
Qualifications:
Must have direct clinical experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ABA) or Applied Behavior Analysis (RBA) Must have direct experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Must be comfortable working on a team, be willing to work independently as well as part of a team, and be passionate about helping children improve their behavior, learn skills, and develop self-help skills.

Must have an interest in becoming an RBT Technician upon graduation from college. Bachelors' Degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Special Education or related field strongly preferred. Training will be provided. Must be able to work afternoons/evenings.
