Overview Club Xcite is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team in Castaic, CA . This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have experience supporting individuals with behavioral needs and are looking for a consistent schedule in a structured residential or community-based setting. This is a 10-week assignment with potential for extension , and the client is looking to start qualified candidates as soon as possible. CDSS Clearance Required (or ability to obtain) Shift options: 8am

• 4:30pm; 4pm
• 12:30am; 12:30am
• 8:30am

Setting:

6-bed residential treatment facility Responsibilities Provide direct behavioral support to clients in accordance with individualized plans Assist with behavior management and de-escalation strategies Collect and document behavioral data and daily progress notes Promote client safety, independence, and skill development Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to all program policies Attend required trainings, meetings, and compliance activities Support clients with daily activities as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous Behavioral Technician, ABA, DSP, caregiver, or related experience preferred Must be eligible for and able to pass CDSS clearance Ability to complete all Club Xcite onboarding and compliance requirements Strong communication and documentation skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move throughout the shift Ability to respond appropriately during behavioral incidents May occasionally assist with lifting, positioning, or mobility support as required Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments when necessary Ability to remain alert and engaged throughout assigned shifts Why Club Xcite Competitive weekly pay Multiple shift options available Full-time and part-time opportunities Quick hiring process for qualified candidates Potential assignment extension based on performance and client needs Opportunities for future placements throughout California Apply Today Submit your resume highlighting your Behavioral Technician, ABA, DSP, caregiver, or related experience.
