IECP has part-time and full-time Program Supervisor positions available in our programs throughout Lake County, CA, with the potential to grow to full time. We are currently looking for qualified staff in and around Clearlake, Lakeport, Upper Lake, Lower Lake, Clearlake, Lucerne and Nice and other surrounding cities. The salary listed is for full time staff. Part time work staff in this position are paid at a rate of $50-63/hr. Salaried staff have opportunities for hourly bonuses for exceeding a given threshold of monthly billable hours. Both the hourly and salary ranges are for unlicensed Program Supervisors. Staff with a current BCBA license are compensated at a higher rate. Responsibilities include supervising direct staff working in family's homes, writing assessments, behavioral support plans, and quarterly reports, collecting and analyzing data, monitoring client progress and evaluating program effectiveness. Initial and ongoing training is provided. Ideal staff have obtained a Master's degree in a related field and have at least 1 year of experience practicing ABA strategies, implementing behavior intervention and overseeing behavior staff. The added BCBA license is preferred but not required.

Job requirements include:

Master's degree in related field required with the optional addition of a current BCBA licensure Extensive knowledge and experience in Positive Behavioral Support, ABA, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and instructional methodologies preferred. Lake County Pay:

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
