Located near the beautiful Foresthill, CA area, this position offers the chance to make a real difference in the educational outcomes of children and adolescents. This school-based role spans the full academic year, beginning as soon as possible and extending through June at the close of the 2026-2027 school year.

Qualifications:

Must hold a valid California BCBA credential Experience working with children and youth, ideally within K-12 settings Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans Commitment to evidence-based practices and student success

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, develop, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for students across K-12 Collect and analyze behavioral data, adjusting strategies as needed for positive outcomes Train and collaborate with school staff, paraprofessionals, and families on intervention best practices Provide ongoing consultation and support, attending team meetings as required Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to state and district compliance standards Work on-site, supporting students 5 days/week, 37.5 hours per week This position offers a highly competitive compensation structure, starting at $50 or more per hour, with weekly pay cycles for financial peace of mind.
