We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of qualified clinicians. This role offers an excellent opportunity to accumulate supervised hours toward your RBT, BCBA, LMFT, or LCSW certification while making a meaningful impact on individuals and families.

Schedule:

Schedule is part-time based on client need. Majority of sessions occur in the evenings between 2pm-8pm.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree is preferred. Starting at $30-35 A masters degree paid at $40 Prior ABA experience is advantageous but not required; we welcome motivated candidates eager to develop their skills. Must pass a criminal background check Must pass a TB test

Training and Support:

Completion of 40 hours of RBT training or a Competency Assessment is required. Candidates comfortable working with clients exhibiting minor aggression will receive certification in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) to ensure safety and confidence in your role.

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting pay is determined based on experience, certifications, and skill level.
