The BCBA will be responsible for conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), supervising staff who assist in behavior support, and supporting the district-wide implementation of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS).
