This is a full-time, contract opportunity running from 8:00am3:30pm, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through the end of the school year. What You'll Need:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working with elementary-aged children, especially in behavioral or special education settings Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment Passion for supporting students with diverse social-emotional and behavioral needs
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver targeted behavior interventions and academic support as directed by program and clinical supervisors Collect data to monitor students progress and inform intervention strategies Implement individualized behavior support plans consistently and with fidelity Document daily activities, behavior occurrences, and strategies used Foster a safe, encouraging classroom environment that promotes growth and learning Participate in team meetings and collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families Your Contribution is
