This role involves working directly with students—either one-on-one or in classroom environments—to implement behavior support strategies and promote positive outcomes.

Setting:

School Sites in South County (Chula Vista, Jamul, El Cajon, La Mesa, and more)

Schedule:

School hours (Mon-Fri; 8a-3p) Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA Provide direct support to students in 1:1 or classroom settings Collect and document behavioral data Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff Attend team meetings and training sessions Apply CPI techniques to manage and de-escalate behaviors Ensure student safety and well-being

Required Qualifications Required:

Active RBT Certification Preferred:

At least 6 months experience in education setting High school diploma or equivalent (or higher) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to work effectively as part of a team Do you have an active RBT License?
