Job Description

Make a meaningful difference every day by supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician in a dynamic educational setting near Live Oak, CA. This contract opportunity seeks two dedicated RBTs to provide compassionate, evidence-based behavioral support for students with autism. Working full-time, youll collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families to empower students and cultivate a positive learning atmosphere. Bring your passion and expertise to serve a caseload of students with Level 3 and Level 4 autism, delivering vital interventions where they matter most.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Hands-on experience supporting children or adolescents with autism, preferably Levels 3 and 4 Demonstrated ability to remain calm and engaged in high-intensity situations Strong communication skills to partner effectively with multidisciplinary teams Commitment to upholding ethical standards and client confidentiality Flexibility and resilience in dynamic school settings
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to students on a daily basis Implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Accurately record session data and behavioral observations Collaborate with educational staff and families for holistic student support Apply proactive strategies for de-escalation and behavior management Attend team meetings and share meaningful insights to optimize program effectiveness This is a full-time (37.5 hours/week), Monday through Friday role, offering the chance to make a significant impact in the lives of students with high support needs.
