Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to support children with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Your expertise will help improve client outcomes through data-driven strategies, clinical supervision, and collaborative communication with families and multidisciplinary teams. Duties Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological assessments to identify underlying causes of behaviors and inform intervention strategies Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery Perform patient assessments, including intake evaluations, diagnostic evaluations, and ongoing progress reviews in various settings such as home-based or school environments Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to facilitate effective communication about treatment goals and progress Maintain accurate medical documentation, client records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for confidentiality and privacy standards Support clients during behavioral health interventions for children with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders Experience Prior experience working with children in educational or clinical settings, especially those with disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders Proven background in data collection, analysis, and implementation of behavior intervention plans using ABA principles Experience conducting functional assessments such as Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and functional analyses Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards required for healthcare providers Home-based behavioral experience or school experience working with children with disabilities is highly preferred Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and best practices for patient care documentation Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients' families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or those requiring behavioral health support is essential Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to transforming lives through innovative behavioral therapies. Pay:
$88,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
