Intercare Therapy is seeking an ABA Case Supervisor to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will oversee ABA treatment programs for children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder, provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians, conduct assessments, develop and update individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare providers. You will ensure high-quality, evidence-based services, train and mentor staff, monitor client progress, and contribute to a compassionate, mission-driven culture focused on clinical excellence and continuous learning. Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight for a caseload of clients receiving ABA services, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based treatment. Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations to inform treatment planning. Develop, implement, and update individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs based on assessment data. Supervise, coach, and mentor Behavior Technicians and other direct-care staff, including live observation, feedback, and skills training. Monitor client progress through regular data collection, analysis, and graphing; adjust goals and interventions as needed. Train and support parents and caregivers to implement behavior strategies consistently in home and community settings. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare providers, to coordinate care and advocacy for clients. Maintain accurate, timely documentation, including session notes, treatment plans, progress reports, and communications in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards. Participate in clinical meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and uphold best practices in ABA. Uphold ethical guidelines, client confidentiality, and Intercare Therapy's standards for quality, safety, and inclusive service delivery.
