Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Previous experience working in school settings strongly preferred Strong knowledge of behavior intervention strategies Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Adaptable, with a passion for serving diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop behavior intervention plans Train and support school staff in implementing effective strategies Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing interventions Coordinate and consult with multidisciplinary teams, families, and administrators Adapt approach to meet unique needs of students in a school setting
