Key qualifications and desired experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working with children or adolescents, ideally in a school or therapy setting Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, students, and families Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and record detailed data Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students reach their full potential Role responsibilities: Carry out individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect and document accurate data on student progress and behaviors Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, assisting them with behavioral and academic goals Collaborate with educational staff to adapt strategies as needed Participate in meetings and professional development to strengthen skills and ensure consistent service delivery This contract opportunity places you in a dynamic school setting near Sanger, CA, where your expertise will have a daily impact on students lives.
