Multiple positions are open for experienced professionals ready to start as soon as possible near Sunnyvale, CA. With flexible scheduling between 8:00am-3:00pm or 8:30am-3:30pm, youll enjoy predictable full-time hours6.5 hours per day, totaling 32.5 hours a weekon a contract assignment. This opportunity involves working closely with various school sites, from those supporting extensive needs to mildly/moderately impacted students. Youll play an essential part in student success, collaborating with school staff and families to foster positive behaviors and learning progress.

What Youll Bring:

Active, inactive, or expired RBT certification (RBT highly preferred) Prior experience as a Behavioral Interventionist or Behavior Technician Experience within a school-based setting Flexible interview scheduling to support prompt onboarding A compassionate approach and collaborative mindset

Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans Collect data and document student progress Work one-on-one or in group settings with students under educator direction Support students in developing positive behavior and coping skills Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic student support Communicate proactively with teachers, staff, and families
