Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Soliant is partnering with a school district near Templeton, California to bring on a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time opportunity is a great fit for a behavior specialist who enjoys using assessment data to develop meaningful behavior supports and working closely with school teams to help students succeed. The BCBA will play an important role in identifying behavioral needs, developing individualized behavior plans, and supporting staff with effective, evidence-based strategies across the school environment.

Focus:
Behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and behavior support Key Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other behavioral assessments Analyze behavioral data to identify patterns, triggers, and areas of need Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Make data-driven recommendations for behavioral interventions and supports Collect and analyze ongoing progress data to measure the effectiveness of interventions Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, families, and related service providers Provide consultation and coaching to school staff on behavior management strategies Support staff in implementing behavior plans consistently across school settings Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings as appropriate Help promote positive, structured, and supportive learning environments for students Qualifications Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Science, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing intervention plans Strong understanding of evidence-based behavioral practices Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred Why Work with Soliant?
