Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a real difference in the lives of students by utilizing your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This engaging contract opportunity offers the chance to provide meaningful support and guidance within a school environment near Twain Harte, CA, for the current academic term. You'll play a vital role in the implementation and oversight of behavior intervention programs, collaborating with educational staff to optimize learning outcomes. With a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, this position ensures consistent involvement with students and professional teams, while offering a dynamic and rewarding workday.
Ideal Qualifications & Experience:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Previous experience delivering behavior analysis services in a school or child-focused setting Deep understanding of evidence-based practices for students with autism spectrum disorder and other behavioral challenges Strong collaborative and communication skills for working effectively with multi-disciplinary teams Knowledge of current federal and state regulations relevant to special education Ability to provide training, support, and consultation to educators and families
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students Oversee the implementation and fidelity of behavior intervention plans Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed Offer guidance and training for school staff on evidence-based behavioral practices Maintain clear and detailed documentation aligned with district and professional standards This is an on-site position, with no virtual components at this time (no voco).
