Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Central Valley team in supporting our district's after-school behavioral services. This position is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, mentoring school staff, and developing effective behavior support systems across multiple school sites. In this role, you will provide behavioral support/supervision for RBTs, while partnering closely with site supervisors and fellow BCBAs to ensure consistent, high-quality behavioral programming. A major focus of this position will be coaching and supporting school RBTs and supervisors by implementing effective behavior intervention strategies, strengthening classroom procedures, and developing sustainable systems that promote student success. RBTs Start Date:
As soon as possible Key Responsibilities Collaborate with fellow BCBAs to ensure consistency for students receiving shared behavioral support. Support and coach school RBTs and site supervisors in implementing behavior intervention plans and evidence-based practices. Develop and strengthen behavior support programs, procedures, and systems across after-school sites. Conduct behavioral assessments and monitor student progress through data collection and analysis. Provide ongoing consultation and training to school staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district, BACB, and legal requirements. Requirements Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (please include your certification number on your resume). Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and/or developmental disabilities. Experience providing behavior support in school-based settings preferred. Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and behavior intervention strategies. Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and coaching educational staff. Excellent communication, organizational, and data collection skills. Knowledge of special education practices and applicable regulations.
