9658997-95492 Job Description Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students across PreK12 grade levels. With ten openings available near Windsor, CA, this position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in both one-to-one settings and self-contained classrooms. The assignment runs from August 13, 2026, through June 3, 2027, providing stable, full-time hours32.5 hours per week over five days. Youll work closely with students who may exhibit significant behavioral challenges, implementing interventions and supporting academic and social growth. Each day brings the opportunity to guide, encourage, and empower students alongside dedicated educational professionals.

Desired Qualifications:

CPI certification or equivalent behavioral intervention training is preferred Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are encouraged to apply Experience supporting students with severe behavioral challenges Ability to remain calm, patient, and effective under pressure Strong verbal and written communication skills Flexibility to work with various age groups and adapt to changing needs

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to students, both in one-to-one and classroom environments Implement behavioral intervention plans and de-escalation strategies as required Help create an inclusive, structured, and supportive learning environment Assist lead teachers with instructional and classroom duties Document student progress and communicate observations to the educational team Foster respectful relationships with students, staff, and families to promote positive outcomes Compensation for this role may range from $20 to $24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
