Role:

We're seeking compassionate and motivated RBTs to join our team and deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. As an RBT, you'll implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA. You'll also communicate professionally with families and our clinical team to ensure seamless care.

Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA Communicate professionally with families and clinical team

Qualifications:

Current RBT certification, or willing to obtain one (paid training provided) Experience working with children Reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay range: $24 - $30/hour, based on experience and certification Paid training PTO Full-time and part-time positions available
