Our mission is to create a supportive environment where every voice is heard, and every individual thrives. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Middlebury, CT.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to clients in a home or community setting, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Implement individualized treatment plans to address client goals and needs Collect and record data on client progress and behavior, and maintain accurate records Collaborate with treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care and support Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for clients and colleagues
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (psychology, education, etc.) or currently enrolled in a program leading to a degree RBT certification or ability to obtain within [insert timeframe] Minimum 0 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
