Desired Qualifications:

Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Previous experience providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) services in school or pediatric settings preferred Empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, data collection, and implementation of behavior plans Capable of working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Organized, flexible, and comfortable adapting in dynamic environments

Key Responsibilities:
