Dunedin, FL Job Details Part-time $21 - $26 an hour 12 hours ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Flexible schedule Qualifications RBT Certification Teamwork Individual therapy High school diploma or GED Direct support Full Job Description Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Provide direct, one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Support clients in developing essential skills, including communication, socialization, and daily living activities. Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress and behaviors. Assist in the creation and modification of individualized treatment goals. Use evidence-based techniques to reinforce positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment. Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and adherence to ethical guidelines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred. Experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities is a plus. Ability to follow instructions and effectively implement behavior plans. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred. Patience, empathy, and a strong desire to support others.
