Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The RBT will implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve communication, social, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills while reducing behaviors that interfere with the client's independence and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy according to the client's treatment plan. Implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs developed by the supervising BCBA. Collect accurate data on client behaviors and treatment goals during each session. Follow reinforcement, prompting, teaching, and behavior-reduction procedures as written. Assist clients in developing communication, social, self-help, play, and daily living skills. Follow established safety and crisis-management procedures when applicable. Maintain professional communication with clients, caregivers, supervisors, school personnel, and other team members. Participate in BCBA supervision and competency-based training. Complete session notes and required documentation accurately and within established deadlines. Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements. Follow BACB ethical requirements, company policies, and applicable Medicaid and insurance requirements. Immediately report significant behavioral, safety, medical, or environmental concerns to the supervising BCBA according to company procedures. Qualifications Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential in good standing. High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with children or individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral needs preferred. Ability to follow clinical protocols and accept ongoing supervision and feedback. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation when providing services in home, school, or community settings. Ability to complete all required background screening, credentialing, and training requirements. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Clinic/Center, School, Home, Daycare, and Community settings as applicable.

Supervision:

All ABA services are provided under the direction and supervision of a qualified BCBA in accordance with applicable professional, payer, and regulatory requirements.
