Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges. This role is crucial in providing support and guidance to clients, helping them achieve their goals through evidence-based practices. Duties Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA. Assist clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills. Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors during sessions. Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in care plans. Provide support in various settings, including home, school, or community environments. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding client information. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Skills Proficient in behavioral therapy techniques and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health issues. Strong skills in assisting children with special education needs. Ability to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members. Knowledge of patient care standards and practices within a clinical setting. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality is maintained.
