9705949-32439 Job Description Make an immediate impact supporting students and staff as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based contract role near Freeport, FL. This full-time opportunity offers 35 hours per week and runs from ASAP through the end of the school year, allowing you to utilize your expertise across multiple sites in a diverse and engaging educational environment. In this position, you will collaborate daily with dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and educational teams to foster student success. Your clinical insight and leadership will help shape individualized behavior intervention plans and guide positive change within the district.

Desired Qualifications:

Current BCBA certification Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Skilled in assessment, development, and implementation of behavior intervention plans Strong organizational, communication, and consultation abilities Adaptable and comfortable working across multiple school locations

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop evidence-based intervention plans Provide direct and consultative services for students with a variety of behavioral needs Supervise and mentor RBTs in implementing planned interventions Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing support Train school staff in behavioral strategies and best practices Communicate regularly with families and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth Youll thrive in a district committed to collaboration and innovation, with two RBTs on staff for robust support as you work at different county sites.
