Job description We are currently seeking a female Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is fully fluent in English to provide services to a 10-year-old female client in a home-based setting .

Full English proficiency required Overview Join our dedicated team as a Female Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Hudson, FL where your passion for supporting children with developmental and behavioral challenges will make a meaningful difference. As an RBT, you will implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols, assist with daily living activities, and foster positive growth in children on the autism spectrum and with neurodevelopmental disorders. This role offers a dynamic environment where your expertise in behavioral health and client communication will directly enhance the lives of the children and families you serve. All positions are paid, emphasizing our commitment to valuing your skills and dedication from day one. Skills Proven experience working with children, especially those with autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disabilities. Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and implementing ABA therapy protocols. Ability to collect detailed behavioral data accurately during sessions for ongoing assessment. Excellent client communication skills to engage children effectively and collaborate with families and team members. Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and home-based behavioral intervention strategies. Experience working within school settings or home environments supporting individuals with disabilities. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, medical documentation standards, and ethical practices in behavioral health.
