This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavioral psychological assessments to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct comprehensive assessments, and collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to promote positive outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral challenges and strengths Develop, implement, and monitor personalized behavior intervention plans based on evidence-based practices in ABA Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress and inform treatment adjustments Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians and support staff ensuring adherence to treatment protocols Collaborate with families, schools, and medical teams to coordinate care and facilitate effective communication Perform intake assessments for new clients, including medical documentation review and client communication Support clients through home-based behavioral therapy sessions, school consultations, and community outreach initiatives Experience Proven experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental disorders Demonstrated expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA), including behavioral intervention strategies and functional assessment techniques Familiarity with medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, medical records management, and clinical documentation standards Experience conducting behavioral psychological assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBA) in various settings Background working with individuals with disabilities across home, school, and clinical environments Strong understanding of special education practices and experience collaborating within educational settings Prior experience providing supervision or training to behavior technicians or other clinical staff is preferred Join us in transforming lives through innovative behavioral health solutions!
