We are currently seeking Male Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team and provide ABA services to clients throughout Broward County . We have current and upcoming cases available in school, home, community, and center-based settings , with schedules varying based on client needs. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA/BCaBA Support clients in developing communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills Collect and accurately document behavioral and skill-acquisition data Implement behavior-reduction and skill-building procedures as written in the treatment plan Complete session documentation accurately and on time Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements Communicate professionally with supervisors, caregivers, schools, and other team members Attend required trainings, supervision sessions, and team meetings Requirements Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Male RBT required for current client needs English speaking and writing required Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Strong documentation and data-collection skills Reliable, professional, compassionate, and consistent Ability to work collaboratively with BCBAs, BCaBAs, caregivers, and school personnel Bilingual is a plus Must be eligible for background screening and clearance through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse Why Behavior Bloom?
