Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges. In this energetic and rewarding position, you will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your dedication will help foster meaningful progress, independence, and improved quality of life for those you serve. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with enthusiasm and precision to promote positive behaviors. Collect data on client progress, behaviors, and skill acquisition accurately and consistently. Support clients during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and engaging environment. Collaborate closely with BCBAs and team members to adjust strategies based on client needs and progress. Maintain professional boundaries while building trusting relationships with clients and their families. Follow all safety protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure the well-being of clients at all times. Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current on best practices and intervention techniques. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or background in psychology, education, or related fields is a plus. Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification prior to start date. Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect positively with clients of diverse backgrounds. Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement intervention plans reliably. Energetic, compassionate, and motivated to make a difference in people's lives. Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. Pay:
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
