About the
Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work under BCBA supervision, providing one-on-one therapy to clients in need of ABA therapy services. You will play a critical role in implementing behavior support plans and supporting clients in both skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions with clients in alignment with treatment plans. Collect, document, and analyze data on client behaviors during sessions. Collaborate with supervisors to refine and execute effective behavior support plans. Support clients in learning essential life skills and reducing challenging behaviors. Maintain ethical ABA therapy standards as outlined by the BACB and our company policies. Stay current with certifications and training, including annual RBT competency reviews, CPR certification, and in-service training. Upload updated credentials (e.g., RBT certification, liability insurance) to the Medicaid portal as required. Why Work With Us? Competitive Compensation :
Earn up to $27 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications:
Active RBT certification recognized by the BACB. Current CPR certification (renewable every two years). Ability to maintain and update personal liability insurance annually. Strong skills in data collection, documentation, and time management. A passion for ethical ABA therapy and helping individuals achieve meaningful change.
